Karis Gant “KG” is a Personal Trainer with a holistic approach to leading a healthy lifestyle, passionate about bridging the gap between mindfulness and fitness. Through her knowledge, experience, insight, and shining personality, Karis has consistently inspired and transformed the lives of many people worldwide.
The motto is “Train the Body, Master the Mind.” Although strength and conditioning is my specialty, I practice bridging the gap between how we think and what we do. One thing my client’s practice is gratitude and positive mind shifting. Before we start the physical training, I have them do a mental warm-up to get them in a positive state of mind. The goal is to have a positive approach to the work so instead of going into the gym thinking of all the things you don’t like or wish to change about your body, we focus on the things we appreciate about our body and the positive changes we are and will make.
I’m proud of are the genuine relationships that are made through this very personal journey. I love my clients and I love bringing like-minded people together to connect with.
The purpose of living mindfully is to remember the connection between the mind & body and understand the power that resides within each of us.
